Gust of good luck yesterday

I had a last minute 1031 Exchange set of documents. They had been signed the day before, but docs were incorrect and had to be redrawn. The trick was to get to the borrower one hour away, sign, notarize and dash to FEDEX by 4:15pm deadline for SoCal pickup. RUSH RUSH RUSH!

$3.8 million sale of major property in Tennessee. People are still wheeling and dealing in the wealth management arena. And the fees are nothing to sneeze at.

Is this a sign things are about to turn around, and there is a light at the end of the tunnel and not a speeding, out of control locomotive?

Let's hope so.
