Nope. A new DOT with correct vesting is to be signed and notarized.

This signing was a refi for primary residence. Borrowers have a 3-day rescission period. LO suggested we proceed with signing as is so as to not extend the original loan and borrowers concurred. They purchased home 6 months ago and, with this refi, are lowering their interest rate by 1.2%.

LO promised to get cranking on the corrective DOT. Hopefully, they got it done same or next day. This was an IPEN signing -- all docs were signed electronically. IMPO, correction could've been accomplished almost immediately ... if all cogs and wheels were in motion. Wink That signing took place Monday morning. Hopefully, it's been handled.
