I let people know that I am not an attorney and don't provide POA forms as it is their decision what type they need i.e. Statuatory, Durable, General, etc.
Staples and Office Max have generic packets for sale.
Sometimes people find them on line but can't print for a variety of reasons. If they email me with specific directions, such as what type and where it's located, I will print it for them.
