| I 100% agree with Yoli's "better counter" reasoning. I also would acknowledge that there's always a risk of losing an assignment when quoting what should be a 'reasonable' fee. The chances of that happening depend on lots of variables, including who's doing the hiring and how many notaries doing RE docs there are in that area. It comes down to what we perceive our time is worth and what we're willing to settle for. (And numbers may be a tad higher here in California and some other places due to the higher cost of living.) |
