Crazy lazy hazt day of summer, almost
Posted by  Cheryl Elliott of CA on 6/17/24 11:44pm Msg #648674
Wind was crazy wild today. My allergies acted up all day. My first signing at 9am was at the beach. Dune buggy biz.

It was a business document, two signatures. As I entered the building, my client handed me a crisp G note and said thanks for coming. I can't sign the document. It is just not going to work.

I didn't ask any questions. I drove to my next gig, easy peazy. Another G note. Then I had a call from FINEST Signings to meet two clients at the hospital to notarize a Quit Claim Deed. Easy money. I did have to walk a couple blocks, getting my steps in.

Then I drove to one of my attorney clients who had a client coming in to sign a marital settlement agreement. She didn't show up. So 30 minutes later, the attorney wrote me a check fro $100 for a no show.

Ask me if I care that I don't do that many loan signings any more?
