| For those of us with 20+ years in the closing business, the game has been long over. Even my local title companies are looking to economize. I don't do GNW as it's not profitable in my area. My regional and national companies have almost all gone to snapdocs or other platforms. I cannot stand the cattle call app process any longer or scans while they offer a mere $75 when we used to get $175 from USA Title out of Florida for overnighted docs. It was a great ride until XYZ increased the supply of notary closers and the advent of the apps, partnered with new notaries that accepted lowball offers. After covid, I think contract closers is one of the few industries that regressed in pay! |
