He was closing at a TC with back-to-back signings scheduled 1/2 hr. apart. The signers were 20 minutes late and given the opportunity to re-schedule, but wanted to continue. THEN turn into 'readers'...who waited another 17 months to complain. I don't think he's the bad guy in this 17 year old ripoff complaint.
