Re: The Supplement Consumer Information Form - 1103

To the Professionals and others who conduct a plethora of buyers’/borrowers’ signings. Can you help me?

Over the past year, most of my NSA type of signings have been primarily sellers. So please forgive me for my lack of knowledge. IMJS.

Have you ever noticed the various complete/incomplete versions of the Supplemental Consumer Information Form? Specifically, the Homeownership Education and Housing Counseling section. Most of the time, I’ve observed that the lender or others completed this section, while at least once, the applicant had to complete it. Secondly, sometimes there is a little line in the bottom righthand corner, just above the long-bolded line. At other times that little line does not exist. So… when it is present, do you have the signers initial it or not?
