So-- Large Packages 150-200 pages, they try to go very cheap for work involved, their docs are not the greatest, so you have to WATCH that the name/s typed on the doc & in the N. Cert are the same or even there. i.e., both to sign, but only 1 name pre-printed in N. Cert. They pre-print some; not others. Just have to be on alert with everything. Legal description often missing. On the plus side, docs usually are early enough to let you look 'em over for these errors. |
