Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500

I am getting vertical lines every time I use the scanner. I have cleaned the interior with
cleaner F1 with no results. No sure what else to try. What am I missing?

Unfortunately my scanner model is discontinued and cannot receive any help from Fujitsu.

Any advice would be appreciated..
