| Steve, I would buy that excuse except the NOTARY fee is in black-and-white on the settlement statement. The signers are 100% aware of that fee because they’ve been looking at it and discussing it amongst themselves for the three days before you get there. The last thing that you wanna do is demean yourself by admitting that you took the job for 75 bucks. |
