Welcome Jasmine to the notary profession. Do you have contacts in the real estate business?
It's tough out there with interest rates higher than they have been in a few years and home prices staying high. Most title companies want seasoned notaries who usually won't make mistakes and it's very, very difficult to find a mentor to help train you as you are a competitor to them.

That being said, this platform is for notaries to discuss or ask notary questions, not build up your business. I must say, as many before, you must market, market, market and then more marketing.
Do you have a profile here? You don't want to be the cheapest, figure out what you want as a fee for loan signings so you need to know what Pennsylvania allows you to charge for notarizations, what your time is worth, whatever your costs will be to print documents etc.
Notary Rotary is a good place to purchase supplies, look on Signing Central and find 4* or better and contact them about being placed on their database. See how many notaries there are in your state and in your community to see how many competitors you have, remember, they want to get those jobs also. Good luck!
