| I was informed thru Rocket Mortgage, the new T-47.1 declaration in Texas does not need to be notarize altho the T-47 does in Texas Just an FYI for all the pros. If there is no notary public line, then don't notarize it! I should have known that, but I asked the hiring party just to be safe and I'm glad I did. Say what you want about me and what I should or should not have known, it's cool! |
