Wish I knew! Most feds live in MD or VA. I live in VA about 20 miles from the center of DC.
I’ve been watching new listings in my zipcode and they don’t, at this point, look any different from the usual spring market. There are over 12k homes in my zipcode, right now there are 22 for sale. My neighbor sold her house last week in two days for over ask of $1.2.
I have been on the fence about selling since my husband died four years ago but hate to make decisions in a panic or fear mode. It might be time to take the money and run and just rent for a while to see how this play out. |
