Had a good surprise this morning. Got a text message from a loan originator who found me here, on Notary Rotary! Of course, I accepted the assignment. Working direct is always best! 
Signing was for today in my town. It was a hybrid purchase, only 76 pages and paying $175. Docs were ready within the hour of acceptance. Scans would be nice but not necesssary if a choice of scanning or making today's pickup. I made sure package made today's pickup.
