| The first two are normally initialed, but others do not require it, then the next two pages are signed...but there could be more depending on how much information was pulled from their credit history or how many companies they owe from. It is normally numbered 1/4 to 4/4, but if there are more pages, those are not numbered. Hope this helps! |
