| ...has to do with a single borrower who unintentionally started dating the documents for today (07/27/2007) instead of yesterday (07/26/2007) halfway through the signing last night. There were about 20 docs which required the borrower's signature plus the date & she did well for the 1st 12 she signed. Unfortunately for me (as I didn't catch her mid-package switcheroo until this AM) the last 8 docs, including the RTC, she dated for today. I had to make a run this AM to her place of work for corrections to be made before the package went out. Grrrrr! |
