Janet,
With due respect, I have to say I disagree. Once they do this, they get in a position where they have to troubleshoot every possible boo boo. This will result in longer instructions, everyone having even more deviation in their instructions, thus more errors as a whole. Your job isn't just stamping, it includes doing all you can to insure an error free package.
This is a common sense thing --watch the docs when they are signed and fix it when you are there.
