| You also need to be aware that there are very strict filing requirements in bankruptcy (i.e. back when I did them they required paper filing with the entire petition saved to a disk which also had to be filed with the court) and if not filed properly it could be very costly to the petitioner. I, personally, would not want that on me...JMHO |
