It is one of requirements for getting a real estate license in Ohio. Personally, if I had to do it over again, I would just get the book. You can find it for about $20 at some online bookstores. It is called ESSENTIALS OF REAL ESTATE FINANCE 10 Edition Revised, by Sirota & Barrell. The ISBN is 0-7931-6084-7

I took it Monday & Wednesday nights for 5 weeks and turned down a LOT of work.
