There is, I believe, a message board just for signing companies.
I don't know of any loan that has fallen through because of an error by the signing agent.
Although I did hear of one that could not be sold on the secondary market because the signing agent had signed as the closing agent on the loan and didn't have the insurance that a closing agent should have.
