Limited Power of Attorney
Posted by Anonymous of CA on 5/12/05 11:39pm Msg #37443
Hi, I run into a limited power of attorney with this verbiage "On this day of...before me notary public in and for said county and state personally appeared John Doe the individual who executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledged that....did examine and read the same did sign the foregoing instrument, and that same is act and deed.

My problem is what do I do. Should I attach an acknowledgement?
