I normally only charge $25 for loan documents. However, they are usually only 80 pgs. WOW is all I can say regarding this set of docs. Are you sure it wasn't a 1st & 2nd?? That would also make a difference on what I would charge for the docs, plus the signing itself. I would suggest making a note of that for next time and asking how many pgs before quoting another closing. ;)
