Don't mean to question a Floridian on Fl Law,
Posted by Bob_Chicago of IL on 1/12/10 8:52am Msg #317695
(especially after I frooze my butt off there last week), but I thought
that the deed witness requiriement was was a recording thnghy for FL real estate
and would not be required for a deed conveying property in another state, but which happend
to be executed in FL.
If deed is to be recorded in another state to convey real estate in that State, I would think
that the witness requirements of the PIQ state would be applicable.
