Make sure you do NOT notarize the "affidavid of consideration" which is usually on the last page of the DOT. Its unique to MD. Lender signs and gets notarized.
IF they combine notarizing borrowers sigs and the AOC into one block, cross out the section refering to " agent of the secured..."
