The red triangle, to me, was the most disturbing because it IS a Nazi symbol used to identify political prisoners in the concentration camps, it's not just some random image that has no meaning. What message are they sending with this?
I think this was intentional and intended as a dog-whistle for the neo-Nazis because they know that iconography - it's part of their culture just as 88 and 1488 are. 88 stands for Heil Hitler (H being the 8th letter of the alphabet) and 1488 referring to the 14 words in the phrase "We must secure the existence of our people and a future for white children". Neo-nazis have both tattooed on their bodies. If you think I'm kidding, do some research. None of this is a secret.
My guess is that this is the work of Stephen Miller, but it's just an educated guess.
