The Trump video is obviously faked because the voice is wrong - but it's his image saying the words. The other two are hard to tell unless you look very closely - and who looks closely at a video? The technology is only going to get better. The mainstream media companies (those you call "fake news") have standards and practices in place that require them to authenticate a video before airing it. Fox dropped the ball when they allowed Lou Dobbs to air an obviously faked video of Nancy Pelosi; he should probably be suspended, if not fired. Social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube - where these videos usually surface - have no standards and practices policies in place.
This is only going to get worse as we head into the 2020 election.
