| The odds favor the impeachment of the President by the House. The odds are extremely unfavorable that the President will be convicted and removed. The base of both parties will be strengthened by Impeachment. Independents will be the determining factor in the election They will gravitate toward the most moderate centrist nominated . My guess is that person will be Joe Biden. |
