I agree that the independents will be looking for a moderate centrist. I don't think a progressive has a prayer with them.
Don't know if you saw today's hearings, but the Republicans threw in the towel - they weren't even asking questions or challenging testimony; some were just talking to hear themselves talk, others were just yelling at the witnesses.
Two takeaways:
1. Dr Fiona Hill is a force to be reckoned with.
2. "Gym" Jordan really needs to stop pretending to be a lawyer, because he clearly doesn't understand how the law works. And we should start a GoFundMe so he can buy a jacket. |
