Not sure if the "tinyurl" links require the "s" to be removed so I pasted both to get at least one clickable link.

IMO, not sending them to the Senate in a timely manner says;

1) Both political parties are only playing partisan political games; if they are not going to take this serious and proceed with the obviously intended process of timely submitting the A.O.I. to the Senate for it to begin the 2nd part of the constitutionally mandated process, then why the hell should anyone expect us to take it, or them, serious? The first Impeachment trial (without any TV cameras for the politicians to play to) began 3 (THREE) DAYS after the House voted to impeach.

2) The Dems that have claimed that they had to vote to impeach because what he did is so wrong that their "Constitutional Duty" required them to act NOW; he is not fit for the office -- would be proving that their impeachment vote was actually nothing more than a political campaign designed to influence the 2020 elections. (e.g. The country can't afford to have him in office any longer; but we can let him stay for at least another year, maybe even another 3 years if we can't beat him in 2020 election and have to wait for next midterm elections.)

3) If they could have impeached him for breathing air, they would have been satisfied, as long as the House vote to impeach alone could fulfill Rep. Al Green's (TX, D) goal:

A very sad, imo, but nevertheless interesting bit of presidential impeachment history factoid that I recently heard, and it is true, Google to verify for yourself so you "know" and not just because you heard it said
***** There has NEVER been one single senator of the impeached president's same party to EVER vote guilty. ***** [Had Nixon not resigned, this more than likely, would not be a fact today.]

Every politician (D's & R's), every "journalist", at least any worth his salt, and every political partisan hack knows this fact. Let that sink in when you hear these same people cry foul as they try (both sides) to manipulate public opinion and drive the citizens to become even more divided and partisan.
'
IMO, the Democrats shot themselves in the foot first by every day since Trump was elected ranting at 'hair on fire' levels about anything and everything Trump did or tweeted. That has only resulted in the daily 'B&Moaning' sessions to basically become "noise" to most people, even ones whom they might have been able to convince to agree with them but long ago began to tune out the daily political noise.
When you start at an "11" for anything (big or not even noteworthy) every day, there simply is no room to go up for anything that might actually call for an "11"+ response.

They should accept the sad reality and start working with the Republicans in Congress (Republicans as well with them) to work on behalf of the citizens rather than just their own political parties!
