| We are human beings first and foremost. I care for my fellow human, regardless of their pollical persuasion. We can rise above the rhetoric, let go of the us/them/blame game, and see past that. We can respectfully disagree, and especially at a time like this put aside our petty differences, and come together for the common good. We can start by holding ourselves accountable first, letting go of our own anger and bitterness, looking at how we ourselves can make a difference to unite with our fellow humans, rather than looking at someone else to blame and asking them to change. Thank you, thank you to all; in any attempt to do so, and to unite for the benefit of humanity, as we overlook and forgive each other our human faults and frailties, in rising above and coming together. |
