There is no way Trump is going to find a cure. Someone MIGHT find a cure, and Trump will take credit for it if that happens, but Trump is too stupid to find the door of the Oval Office much less find a cure for COVID-19.
He spent about 2 1/2 months denying that there was a problem until people started dying. He doesn't believe in science, doesn't trust the experts, and says stupid things that his experts immediately contradict. I was never a fan of Gov. Cuomo, but HIS press briefings are much more effective and transparent than this reality show that Trump is putting on. Cuomo has his finger on the pulse of what is going on in his state and is telling people the truth. Trump has no clue what's going on - his advisers are trying to tell him, and he's not listening.
If you seriously think that "Trump could be tinkering around in the oval office, find a cure", you are deep in the Trump Kool-Aid. It ain't gonna happen, ever. If and when a cure is found, it will have nothing to do with this idiot. But he will claim the credit, because that's what he does - if it's good, it's because of him, if it's bad, it's someone else's fault.
