Well, it has nothing to do with FL vs CO, they probably will not let your state stockpile with other states in greater need. All the actions CO did well in advance have kept you lower on the list which is fantastic.

They still have some beaches open for exercise, swimming, walking, fishing, just cannot lay out right now and have to stay 6 feet away and keep moving. It wasn't only the beaches and spring break, we have NewYorkers with 2nd homes here who fled when things got bad there who brought the infection to us and the Superbowl. Our mainstream income here is tourism, so we had people from all over migrating here daily.
Truth be told, I am surprised we are not worse than what we are, but our peak not expected until mid-May, probably because of the heat we have and the measures we are using. See what happens.
