As I understand it, he tested positive but was asymptomatic - so he apparently thought he was OK to be out in public without a mask. And then he got into close contact with at least one person.
That's why wearing a mask is so important - it doesn't protect you from those around you, it protects those around you from you. The anti-maskers don't understand this. |
