You do not understand that unless the economy prospers, things get worse. 120 days from the last mortgage payment the foreclosures will start on people who lost jobs and can't make payments. The extension of evictions is about over too for rentals. We are going to have a country of homeless, unemployed people, families on the streets without jobs and no place to go. That's the reality unless the country opens up and does it in a way that people use their brains and social distance.
Let's come back 3 months from now with homeless wandering around like zombies. lining up at food lines and ask them if they can work, would they? I am pretty sure all would take that risk vs losing everything.
