Madge is a diminutive form of Marjorie. Using it is not rude - just check with bagger, who is incapable of calling politicians by anything even approaching their actual names. My given name is Michael; Mike is a diminutive form. Calling my Miguel or Mihai would just be translating my name to a different language; if you're not speaking to me in those languages, that would not necessarily be rude, but it would be stupid.
As to sources - you should really learn how to use Google instead of asking people to spoon-feed you information that is readily available with a minimum of effort. A simple search for "Marjorie Taylor Greene Nobel Peace Prize" yields a lot of results.
