Re: It sent a message

He said he is going to do it again. The legality remains to be determined, and it hasn't been determined. He's sending a message to Biden and Harris and the other sanctuary states. Just because you don't like the message, doesn't mean he can't do it. We have a Governor for the people of this state, who doesn't follow the rest of the Governors. He did a great job for us during Covid and is doing a great job for us now. We have enough immigrants, boat people trying to touch land and stay. We don't advertise we want more nor roll out the red carpet for them.

And why couldn't Martha's Vineyard take in 50 immigrants when they are the wealthiest people on the east coast and can afford to do so? I didn't know they had to be invited. Are the cities in Texas inviting them in and are the residents happy about that?
Truthfully I think they liked it. Those that stay home united, cleaned out their closets, and gave them an excuse to do something other than play bridge and have a clam bake. They found out they have a passion for helping, made some new friends and actually did something meaningful instead of shopping or whatever millionaires do.

Florida DOES have a huge migrant population, 5.2% of it's population. They maybe aren't crossing land borders like in Texas and Az, CA but arriving in boats, planes, and whatever else flies or floats.
The illegal alien population in Florida is now 950,000 persons.
This represents 7.3 percent of the national total illegal alien population, and it is the nation's fourth largest concentration of illegal aliens after California, Texas and New York.

So you are feeling sorry for these illegal immigrants that we "never promised" anything when they left their own country to come here? Did they not fly 1st class to a great place, so why complain? I don't think they are, it's the left, because the photos look like they all are grinning ear to ear and really happy to see that side of the American Dream they would never get to otherwise. Where were they promised to go exactly and why would they even have a choice? America is not Club Med, they are here, being processed and they go where there is availability. They should be glad they are here and go where they are placed. If they don't like it, let them do elsewhere on their own dime just like the rest of us who live here.
