Thanks for the link...I think the thought/ idea/ dream is correct however the passage to it was not clearly thought out. Too many people getting in way over their heads, and income was not checked, it was free for all thus the "bubble".
I do think that is the right way for a society to live and the American dream, but there have to be stop gaps in place to make sure people are qualified for that expenditure.
For the majority of people, a mortgage is less of a monthly payment than renting. |
