You are correct about term limits; we need them and they ain't about to vote for them. 
That said, it really is more about ability than the age number itself. I have a 91 year old neighbor who is sharp as a tack, mentally.
I think you are probably correct about voting out the incumbents. The major thing is that people will have to get over their tribal "I will only for for a <D or R> and their "I can't let the other side win, at all costs" mentality. However, when we look at who PA voters voted for (John Fetterman), sadly, I don't think that will happen any time soon. PA voters would rather have unelected and uncountable "unknown" staffers be their actual federal representative than actually voting for someone they can hold accountable. |
