light from tv's, cell phones & tablets. Most cell phones have a setting to adjust for blue light. Also, it's important to wear glasses with blue light filters. I've always worn good quality sunglasses which IMO reduced my risk of eye problems. I did have one cataract taken care of last year but have no other eye problems. Eyesight is so important. My Mother had lost her central vision to macular degeneration. It was devastating for her. I know she wore glasses but never wore sunglasses. |
