I can't recommend my juice but I was able to drink it.
Qty: two dish pans full of veggies. 20 oz of juice.
From my garden: celery, spinach, broccoli leaf, chard, curly leaf and dino kale, red romain, green lettuce, radish, arugula, parsley, mache lettuce.
Store: peppers, ginger, one lemon, one green apple, cucumber.
Would take 2 hours to masticate that. I get plenty of fiber at mealtimes. Practically no sugar, and dense in nutients.
Like anything, take as needed. |
