That's always been me --- just wait my turn. This time, however, I just wasn't in the mood. Especially since I'd asked at the onset if they were running on time and was told yes. Had they been truthful with me at the beginning, I would've considered myself forewarned and waited.

Several factors went into my impromptu decision. This was for a routine 6-month dental exam and cleaning. I was not in pain nor had a broken tooth nor lost a crown, etc. I live right around the corner from this dental office. So, I didn't have to drive for an hour or so to get there.
