If you already have a Roku, you're all set - Sling is one of the buttons on the remote. You can go to Sling.com and see what the packages are - there are two, and the difference is that one has more sports channels. Even at $25/mo, you'll be saving a lot. I think they're currently running a promotion where your first month is only $15, and you can cancel at any time without a hassle. It took about 30 minutes to cancel my cable service - the rep kept trying to get me to buy a cheaper package. Just be aware that they won't let you go without a fight...
Amigoaz is correct, they sometimes make it cheaper if you bundle internet and phone, as crazy as that seems. As he said, you don't actually have to USE the phone service, but if they have a bundling deal, take the discount. Also, ask what speed internet service they will provide - they may offer to knock your speed down to save some money. I'm getting 200 mbps,which is more than enough for streaming on the one device I have. |
