I've been off sugar and empty carbs for a year and a half. Also off red meat and dairy same amount of time. I'm about 90% vegetarian. It's the 10% that can nail ya. I pulled back on one of my favorite legumes, lentils.
At HS weight and eating more veggies is my focus that I continue to renew.
Blew it this last 4 days staying with relatives as FIL passed away, but finally back home to my garden today. |
