I've become a big fan of Coach's Oats from Costco. It's like a cross between rolled oats & steel cut. Just a few more minutes to cook than rolled oats, but more texture. That's nearly always my go-to breakfast these days. The only thing I add (since I've been watching sodium) is lots of cinnamon, occasionally some fresh fruit. Yummm...
