Appreciate the well wished..my first choice house was supposed to close end of July but the seller hid the asset in a bankruptcy, so that fell apart in title search.
I found a better house, a little more money, little larger and extremely happy with it. We just did the inspection today and very minimal wrong. We are supposed to close Oct 2. Very soon, we'll see, but fingers crossed.
