| I drove by a FEMA Covid shot drive up on the way to a closing, nobody there, about 15 booths, and 2 nurses with cardboard signs trying to flag people in. It's very sad, all these shots are being wasted, and yet you have people afraid to get them or waiting for herd immunity or have their head stuck in the sand that it won't happen to them. Frankly, it's disgusting. All those lives lost died for apparently no reason. Nurses risking their lives to protect us, and then the general public just drives right on by...Those who don't get the vaccine just postpone the country from opening up, traveling, concerts, sporting events and such, and the same people who will be complaining about it come July 4th when they cannot do fireworks. I am tired of wearing a mask when you have people not doing what they are supposed to be doing. Talk to the long haulers how they feel, and everyone would gladly have taken a vaccine then to deal with the lingering effects. jmo |
