Heard on news this morning that C-19 booster is now available in my area at CVS for 65+ and others at increased risk. Immediately went online to schedule appointment. They're offering flu shot at same time. Getting shot up early this afternoon! 
Recently, my primary care physician notified me that I'm due to my tetanus & whooping cough shot and that I could get 'em at any pharmacy. Ironically, yesterday I'd scheduled for this morning at Safeway pharmacy to get my flu, tetanus and pertussis. Since I was able to get in at CVS for C-19 booster and flu, cancelled w/Safeway & will ask CVS about the other 2 that I'm due for. Crossing my fingers that I'll be as fortunate as Carolyn and not have any side effects. The only effects I had from 1st Pfizer was tired and slept all day plus arm a little sore. |
