Re: The radio stations start up the day after Halloween. All

But isn't Christmas about the birth of our savior, Jesus Christ? Yes, He was born probably some time in the spring and not sure when it was decided that December 25th was when we celebrate Christmas.
Whenever my wife and I shop in December, we will always repeat "Merry Christmas!" Even though retailers demand their employees say "Happy holidays."
After Christmas we will say "Have a happy New Year!"
Since when do we accumulate all holidays together?
It used to be Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and finally New Years.
You never saw decorations for Thanksgiving before Halloween was over.
How times have changed!!!
