4 - 8 signatures, two signers.....$160 paid on the spot + travel fee....no printing, no shipping, no invoicing, no phone calls to anyone. Just show up, notarize, collect fee and leave. Signers totally responsible for everything else. It would be absolutely fantastic if more borrowers were FedEx'd their loan docs and had to find a notary.
Could offer borrower NSA signing or GNW. A win-win for the CA notary. |
